The rooms were clean, ate at the diner and it was good as well, and a fair price. When I asked if this happens often I was again told "when you keep it by your phone" the last time it quit working I threw it in the garbage and left the casino floor. EVERY TIME I took it to the counter to have it replaced I was not greeted but ushered to the counter by a snotty associate who told me I had deactivated it with my phone. My players card had to be replaced 3 times due to it not working. He was given $10 on his players card for his 18th birthday. Also the pool and hot tub were closed we were notified 1 week after we booked, no comps offered, no cheaper rate, nothing at all offered. Upon us mentioning it being a Monday night they transferred us to a supervisor Denny who promptly took care of our request. We were told they couldn't do that because we booked online. On our way to the hotel we called to see if we could have our rooms next to each other. ![]() We booked our hotel stay on, we have a family of 5 and my in-laws also booked a room. ![]() We were celebrating our sons 18th birthday. ![]()
